Whitewall Tires

A Showroom Finish, Off the Lot.

Every trailer build leaves with whitewalls — a signature touch that says this rig was built, not bought off a shelf.

Hand-welded quarter-inch plate steel seam

Heavy Steel & Hand Welds

Built From the Inside Out.

Quarter-inch plate steel, cut and welded by hand — every seam means it, and every door closes the way it should for decades.

Offset Firebox

Clean Smoke, Even Heat.

True offset design for clean smoke and even heat, the old way — no shortcuts, no gas assist.

Analog temperature gauge on an Apex smoker

Analog Gauges. Built to Last.

Real dials and steel hardware — built to take the heat, the weather, and the years.

Santa Maria hand-cranked open-fire grill

Santa Maria Grill System

Open Fire, Hand-Cranked.

Add a hand-cranked grate for live-fire, open-flame cooking — raise it, lower it, control it.

Firebox Grill Door

Two Ways to Cook, One Rig.

A full grill door on the firebox lets you cook direct over hardwood coals — sear a steak, char some vegetables, or just tend the fire the way it was meant to be tended.

From the Shop Floor

Every Pit Starts as Raw Steel.

Cut, ground, welded, and finished by hand — the same way it's always been done. No shortcuts, no assembly line.
